Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Crown Marketscape website. By using the site, you agree to them. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements; where those exist, they take precedence over these terms.

What this site is

The site presents our services and lets you request an assessment, an audit, or a conversation. Content on the site is general information about how we work. It is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and outcomes described in any published work reflect specific engagements rather than a promise of results for yours.

Your submissions

When you submit information through our forms, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share, and you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry as described in our privacy policy. You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful content, no attempts to probe or disrupt our systems, no automated scraping of forms, and no submitting another person’s information without authority.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, imagery, and code, belong to Crown Marketscape or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reproduce, modify, or use our content commercially without written permission. Trademarks and brand names remain the property of their owners.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate, secure, and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current at all times.

Limitation of liability

Commercial electronic messages from us comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation. Every marketing email identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe. Transactional messages about an inquiry you made are not marketing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
