Who we are

Crown Marketscape (“we”, “us”) is a creative intelligence and growth systems company based in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.

What we collect

When you complete our growth assessment, request an audit, book a call, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, company name, website, and your answers to our questions about your goals, industry, stage, budget range, and timing.

For security, our servers process technical information such as IP addresses to prevent abuse of our forms. These identifiers are hashed for rate limiting and are not kept as browsing profiles. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers; if that changes, tracking will activate only after you give consent through a visible choice, as described in our cookie policy.

Why we collect it

We use your information to prepare and respond to your inquiry, deliver the assessment or audit you requested, schedule and conduct strategy conversations, provide and improve our services, and maintain the security of our systems. We send commercial electronic messages only in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): responses to your inquiry rely on the consent implied by that inquiry, and ongoing marketing email is sent only with your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.

Where it lives and who sees it

Your information is stored in our secured database hosted in Canada (Toronto region). We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and email delivery providers, under obligations to protect it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above. Records of consent are retained as required by CASL. Inquiries that do not become client relationships are anonymized on a scheduled basis. You may request deletion sooner at any time.

How we protect it

Information travels over encrypted connections and is stored with encryption at rest. Access is restricted to those who need it, our database is closed to public access by default, and our forms carry abuse protection. No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours so that your information is never wider open than the purpose requires.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent to marketing, or ask us to delete your information. Contact us at [email protected] or +1 (416) 560-3305, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Questions are welcome at [email protected], +1 (416) 560-3305, or 45 Sarracini Cres, Woodbridge, ON L4L 0E1, Canada.

This policy receives final legal counsel review before public launch.
